I am so glad that I didn't have to wait long to read Siren's Fury after the cliffhanger ending of Storm Siren. Otherwise, cue the crazy. As it happened, I got to enjoy both of these books back to back and that was awesome.
Siren's Fury was an action packed sequel, and I enjoyed it for the most part. While it didn't pack the same punch as the first book, it was still full of magical moments. There were some new characters that were great additions to the story. I missed some of the romance of Storm Siren. I am not a huge romance person, on its own, but I do like romance in my books, and miss it when it isn't there. I know... contradictions.
I am seriously looking forward to the next book in the series. Storm Fury sets it up to be a pretty great, intense read. Nym is a character that I absolutely get behind, and root for. All in all, this series is a great read. It is an awesome escape from reality, with adventure, magic, emotions.... I would recommend this to absolutely anyone, who is looking forward to a great read.
