If you've ever had a cat. you've suffered through the indignity of buying a perfectly nice cat bed, only to have the cat sleep in the box that the bed arrived in, instead.  This short and sweet picture book captures those trials and tribulations perfectly, showing all the places that kitty sleeps that are not the fancy new bed.

I can easily see someone sitting down to read this bedtime story to their child, with their own kitty curled up on the bed... or on the pillow... or on top of the book.  You know, as cats do.
