When cousins Zoe and Jess land summer internships at the Fairyland Kingdom theme park, they are sure they've hit the jackpot. With perks like hot Abercrombie-like Prince Charmings and a chance to win the coveted $25,000 Dream & Do grant, what more could a girl want?

Once Zoe arrives, however, she's assigned to serve "The Queen"-Fairyland's boss from hell. From spoon-feeding her evil lapdog caviar, to fetching midnight sleeping tonics, Zoe fears she might not have what it takes to survive the summer, much less win the money.

Soon backstabbing interns, a runaway Cinderella, and cutthroat competition make Zoe's job more like a nightmare than a fairy tale. What will happen when Zoe is forced to choose between serving The Queen and saving the prince of her dreams?
How Zoe Made her Dreams (Mostly) Come True is such a fun contemporary read.  Zoe has my dream job (well, kinda).  She is a character in an amusement park that is supposed to be like Disney World (they do refer to "The Mouse" and his inferior park many times ha ha!).  Zoe finds herself as the assistant to the "evil queen" at the park- not exactly the role she was expecting.
This book is a fun mix of Disney and The Devil Wore Prada.  The evil queen is just that- a deliciously overbearing and annoying boss- whose outrageous demands keep Zoe on the job 24 hours a day.  Her peculiar breakfast needs (down to the specific number of almonds) and her annoying dog kept me entertained. 
The romance in this book was not the highlight.  Although there are a few romantic moments, this book was mainly about how Zoe navigated the crazy fairytale land that is her new home.  The ending was completely unexpected and caught me off guard.  I really enjoyed it!  How Zoe Made her Dreams (Mostly) Come  True is fun, funny, and a book I would really enjoy seeing being made into a tv show or movie!
